My boss came down with a hideous flu on Monday and has been off work all week. I've been fighting off the same flu with willpower and echinacea tea. There's no way I'm going to let a stupid virus stop me from going to the concert tonight.
Working the evening shift last night and then the early shift today has not helped. But so far it's willpower and echinacea: 1, virus: 0. Although there may be some pre-concert nappage. Plus psuedoephedrene and/or guarana based energy drinks.
I'm such an old man.
