They do not jest.
The recommended dosage is two tablets every six hours. I took one single tablet at 1pm, and another half a tablet at 6pm.
Result?
No. Sleep. For David.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is why I do not indulge in recreational drugs. (Plus all that "they fuck your health and your money ends up in the Tony Mokbel Wig Fund" stuff.)
On the plus side, though, my sinuses are nice and clear.
