For Angelica's benefit...
Oct. 23rd, 2003 10:55 amI've booked the tickets to Jello. Stalls, Row E, seats 10 & 11.
Also booked the accomodation for David C's wedding Saturday week. I do so love explaining our dietary restrictions to people.
She's a vegetarian. He can't eat dairy or wheat. They fight crime!"
Nick Cave tickets on sale Monday. And we still have to buy that mattress.
I don't think my bank account will survive November.

Date: 2003-10-22 08:36 pm (UTC)I empathise with your dietary restriction.
Two vegetarians. Both eat fish. One with an horrendous egg allergy. Sometimes they play-fight...?
Or my favourite, at a buffet, that my parents had specifically phoned and requested **vegetarian** food. Potato salads with ham, pasta salad with mayo (egg), soup with bacon, roast potatoes with bacon. The girl then tried to tell me that they had fish, so it was okay. Hello - since when has fish been a vegetable? And they couldn't tell me what was in the batter.
My, we got mighty shitfaced that night. Nothin' else to do.
