Grr...

So... I'm moving house. My new real estate agents need a reference from my current real estate agents. My current real estate agents have no record of our property. Despite the fact we pay them over a thousand dollars a month in rent.

First grr.

Get to work. My brand spanking new soundcard had arrived. M-Audio Audiophile 2496. I'm squirming with anticipation to get home and install the thing.

Of course, this is the same day I don't finish work until 9. Second grr.

Eventually get home. Physically install the card. Install the drivers. Windows crashes out of the driver install, telling me "An error occurred during the installation of this device. The data is invalid."

Stay up all night trying to get it to work. Get nowhere.

Giant stomping grrr in a bear suit.

Not very happy.

(On the plus side, we've got a new flat, and M-Audio tech support got beck to me pretty quickly with some suggestions.)

how could the real estate overlook a propery they manage .. they didnt notice the extra money .. or the owner of property didnt notice something ..

You should demand you bond back immediately as they have been wrongfully allowing you to stay in the house!
